First came Rafi, then came Poetica. Now comes the trifecta for North Sydney’s dining scene. Bar Lettera – a modern Australian restaurant and bar with an Italian accent – is slated to open at Citadines Walker in April.
The kitchen will be led by head chef Ryan Perry, who’s resume includes legendary Sydney restaurants Momofuku Seiobo and The Bridge Room. Perry’s menu will reimagine Italian classics with native ingredients, and will be backed up by Australian-inspired cocktails and local wines.
The fit-out by Jordan Design Studio is a homage to the Australian landscape, and the work of Theodora Cowan, Australia’s first female sculptor and a notable North Sydney resident.
Bar Lettera is now open at 88 Walker Street, North Sydney.
