Bake Kobo is unique as one of Sydney's only independent Japanese bakeries.

The bakery specialises in creating everything from characteristically sweet Japanese bread, to pastries filled with custards, curries and a whole range of other unlikely fillings. Bake Kobo’s signature items are exactly that; unusual. Think puffy and sweet red-bean rolls; soft buns packed with curry and topped with cheese. Crunchy-crusted rolls also make an appearance and are matched with wasabi, fatty bacon and mayo.

Bake Kobo also has a wide range of savoury items on offer as well. They do well to replicate European bready delights including French baguettes and sourdough with perfection. The wide range options, combined with multiple grains and doughs means there is always something new to be tempted with.
