Features
This Marrickville warehouse, across the lot from Poor Tom’s on Brompton Street, looks unassuming from the outside. But inside you’ll find Heaps Normal Health Club – the non-alcoholic beer brand’s warehouse bar with a large live music stage, larger dance floor and a massive disco ball.
Behind the bar, it’s not all about low or no-booze. In fact, the drinks menu sees a mix of Heaps Normal brews alongside beers and wines from other local makers. There’s also a handful of fizzy cans to round out the soft offering.
Tim Snape, Heaps Normal’s chief brand officer sees the space as a physical manifestation of the brand’s DNA: “It’s a dance hall, a live music venue, a bar.”
