Features
Felons Seafood is the Brisbane-born brewery’s new waterfront restaurant at Manly Wharf, with 300 indoor and outdoor seats overlooking the harbour.
Led by Palawa man and Rockpool alum Luke Bourke, the kitchen delivers a contemporary seafood menu grounded in Australian produce and Bourke’s Indigenous heritage. Highlights include abalone schnitzel sandwiches, lemongrass pipis, and native-infused fish and chips. Bourke developed the menu in collaboration with acclaimed chef Corey Costelloe of 20 Chapel, focusing on simplicity and sustainability.
At the bar, guests can try Felons Super Cold Crisp Lager – touted as the country’s coldest at -2 degrees Celsius – alongside a curated list of Australian wines and bright, coastal cocktails like the Salt & Vinegar Martini.
The breezy space, inspired by the Northern Beaches, features white tones, natural textures, a terrace with sunset views, and a central 360-degree bar.
