Everyone in Sydney has their favourite dumpling place – whether it's a stripped-back affair that does BYO wine, an upmarket spot with white tablecloths, or a go-to late-night joint. Of course, some of us might need a minute before we’re ready to cram into our favourite dumpling diner again. Thankfully, we still have the dumplings.

At some of these restaurants, dumplings are the headline act – and you can get them delivered (either ready-to-eat or frozen) whenever the spirit moves you. At other spots, the dumpling dishes are supporting – but scene-stealing – actors that are just too good not to mention. These are the best options we've found.
