Coronavirus restrictions are gradually easing across the state – this live list will guide you through the bars that are reopening across Sydney.

New South Wales is currently in the first stage of the three-step road map to recovery. At the moment, up to 10 people are allowed to visit a bar at a time (as long as there’s four square metres of space per patron and you're eating). From June 1, we'll be entering stage two. That means that up to 50 people will be allowed in restaurants, bars and cafes (with a few caveats).

Although many businesses are reopening, they are often operating quite differently or at reduced capacity. If you plan on visiting, it’s a good idea to check their website or social media (or give them a ring) before you head off.

We’re updating this list as new information becomes available. Get in touch at directory@broadsheet.com.au if you have relevant news.
