Vegan food has never been more popular in Sydney. And if we're talking about the higher end of dining, there's never been a better time to be vegan. Bentley Group’s Yellow offers one of the most exciting plant-based menus in the country, and Shannon Martinez of Smith & Daughters is currently overseeing the menu at Alibi. But when it comes to the everyday stuff (pizza, burgers, pho), we’re pretty spoilt for choice on that front, too. Not all of these places are strictly vegan, but you can bet all of them have a serious menu of vegan options.
