Some of Australia’s favourite dessert vendors and pastry chefs are moving into Circular Quay’s Overseas Passenger Terminal for a boutique dessert market, Milk N’ Suguar.

It’s the sweetest initiative of Vivid Sydney 2017.

Brooklyn Boy Bagels will make rainbow bagels alongside fluffy cinnamon scrolls. Sugar High Desserts will unveil giant Nutella s’mores (a cracker sandwich with fire-roasted marshmallows) and Fluffy Crunch will spin glow-in-the-dark fairy floss served on an LED foam glow stick. There’ll also be baked gluten-free doughnuts from Nutie.

Burger Butlers will put together Mediterranean-inspired dessert “burgers” of ashta-stuffed (Lebanese cream) pancakes with strawberry or banana, and pistachio and orange blossom syrup on top. Hungary Bites will make ice-cream cones out of kurtosh (Hungarian) doughnuts.

Milk N’ Sugar will run from May 26–28 at the Arrival Hall of Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay from 6pm to late. Entry is free.
