A new offering from The Stillery at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay launches this week: Shuckery Oyster Bar. The pop-up will be set up in the middle of the room and staff will be on hand to shuck and serve you oysters.
Treat yourself to a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne or a cocktail and three freshly shucked oysters from the Hastings River, Port Macquarie, Clyde River or Nambucca for $20. Or a bottle with a dozen oysters for $95. Oysters are served with a classic mignonette, orange-and-tomato relish or lemon vinaigrette.
The pop-up will run indefinitely on Thursday and Friday nights from 5pm–7pm.
