This cookbook is a snapshot of Sydney in this moment, an inspiring collection of recipes including Da Orazio’s luscious focaccia con porchetta, Hartsyard’s salmon in a jar and Bourke Street Bakery’s iconic ginger crème brûlée tart.

There’s drinking advice, too. 121BC lend wine-matching knowledge for every meal of the day, while Adi Ruiz of Bulletin Place and Anton Forte from The Baxter Inn offer direction on what to drink before and after dinner.
