Serving up a menu of raw, organic and sustainably grown food, Sadhana is unapologetic about its philosophy. Named after a Sanskrit term meaning ‘conscious spiritual practice’, Sadhana also runs workshops on cooking raw and eating ethically.
The team has found a new venue on Enmore Road, originally a pop-up, the location has now become a permanent spot for Sadhana. Another big announcement from the Sadhana team is the introduction of a lunch delivery service. Order fresh, seasonal salads that change daily, cold-pressed juices, smoothies and decadent raw desserts. Try cauliflower, artichoke, chilli and sunflower seed salad, black bean noodles with crimini oyster mushrooms and toasted sesame seeds or a (vegan) BLT sandwich with kumera chips, onion bread, coconut bacon, cashew mayo, lettuce and tomato, among a full menu of great healthy options.
Place your order by noon the day before and deliveries (Metropolitan Sydney only) will begin between 11.30am and 1.30pm the next day. Minimum order is $50.
