This summer (and let's hope it's a hot one), Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) will open a shady, flower-filled pop-up gin garden bar on the outdoor terrace on the ground floor of the gallery, to coincide with a major survey of the work of British artist Grayson Perry. Perry's exhibition is entitled Grayson Perry: My Pretty Little Art Career and is showing as part of the Sydney International Art Series. A collection of Perry's ceramics, sculptures, drawings, prints and tapestries will be on display.

Floral gin cocktails will be provides from local distillery Archie Rose, perfect for the balmy Sydney summer air, while beers will be provided from the kings of Sydney's craft beer scene, Young Henrys. The bar will be open from Thursdays until Sunday evenings, from 4pm until late.
