Begin with a selection of breads and pastries with Pepe Saya butter and mascarpone, before moving on to your frutti course of organic blood orange, aromatic rhubarb, strawberries with whipped ricotta and fresh local honeycomb.

For secondi, choose from hot smoked Petuna ocean trout with beets, roe and crème fraiche, frittata with porcini, goats curd and crispy organic kale or grilled piadina, prosciutto, organic egg, asparagus, mint and lemon.

And, depending on the occasion (or how hard you’ve worked and/or partied that week), select your tier; $55 will buy you brunch including coffee and tea, $75 includes bottomless prosecco and $90 will afford you Osetra caviar and champagne with your ocean-side feast.

Icebergs Sunday Brunch is served every Sunday 10am–12pm from October 26.
