Deli Wine Bar is a covert drinking spot and the underground bunker bar of the resurrected Foveaux Street Dining led by chef and owner Darrell Felstead.

Inside booths line the sandstone walls and are lit by green desk lamps. The menu lists numerous cheeses and charcuterie boards, freshly shucked oysters from various regions, pickles and breads. With nothing priced over $10, try wild boar salami, Nelson Road black rice and quinoa cob, or a brillat savarin from Champagne in France. To drink is a long and diverse list of sparkling, red and white wines, served by the half glass, glass, carafe or bottle. Signature cocktails include the Captain’s Blood, with rum, lime and angostura bitters, and the Blood and Sand with scotch, sweet vermouth, orange juice and cherry herring.
