First hailing from a garage space in Pymble and now a permanent space in Naremburn, Maslow’s has popped up on-site at Barangaroo from now until Friday August 28.
Chef Jack New describes it as a simple set-up, with Seven Seeds and DROP coffee from Stockholm and pastries changing daily. The pop-up is the first stage of The Canteen, a work-in-progress food hub at the precinct that will soon house 50 food and beverage outlets. Matt Moran and Rene Redzepi’s Noma are also slated for the new year.
In the meantime there are plans for another pop-up from Edition Coffee Roasters, but for now until next Friday head down for excellent coffee and a doughnut filled with lemon and lavender or a sweet scroll.
