6pm in Italy at Maybe Frank
Experience a local version of happy hour in Italy with this curated menu of five modern aperitif cocktails, each with accompanying tapas inspired by classic Italian aperitivo pairings. The team at Longrain has created a unique Thai banquet for World Class Cocktail Week, paired with Asian-inspired cocktails designed to enhance the harmony of the four key elements in Longrain’s signature Thai food – hot, sweet, salty and sour. A spicy curry will sit alongside a sweet cocktail accompaniment, while sweeter dishes will command a dry cocktail to revitalise the palate.
