Nothing draws a crowd like an In-N-Out Burger pop-up. Without warning, it hits Sydney like a cyclone made of burgers and fries, and before you can put it on Instagram, it's gone again.

But this time, we've got some advance notice. The cult US chain is popping up at Dead Ringer in Surry Hills, selling burgers from 12pm-4pm on Wednesday January 20, i.e. today. Might be worth starting to queue now. The burgers certainly sold out fast when they popped up at Love Tilly Devine and Parramatta Mixology Lounge in the past.

The Californian chain, founded in 1948, is known for many things: its refusal to use frozen food, its fair wages for staff and unsolicited celebrity endorsements from the likes of Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar and chef Gordon Ramsay ... and, if you're lucky, perhaps you, too.
