Two of Sydney’s best chefs and producers collaborating on a bespoke, Europe-inspired menu, available for one night only. Sound interesting? We’re planning six huge collaborative feasts, and you’re invited.
Two of the undisputed kingpins of Sydney Pizza kicked things off for the first feast. Orazio D’Elia of Da Orazio Pizza and Porchetta, and Lucio De Falco from Lucio Pizzeria combined forces to bring you a three-course feast featuring dishes inspired by the town they grew up in.
The second feast was a classic French feast with Rootstock and Bar Brose. Third was a Nordic feast with Edition Coffee Roasters and Fika Swedish Kitchen. The fourth feast was a European cheese feast with Big Poppa's and Kittyhawk.
The remaining two feasts will also be exciting, one-off collaborations featuring Sydney’s best. All feasts will be held at the Broadsheet Restaurant.
