Well, it's over. For most of us, anyway.

If you waited with credit card at the ready this morning to book a table at Noma's 10-week Australian pop-up next January, you are now either one of the lucky ones who secured one of 5600 seats, or one of the many who missed out, seemingly instantly.

After bookings opened at 10am today, every seat on every table for all lunch and dinner services across the 10 weeks from January 26 until April 2 was sold out by 10.30am, cementing Noma Australia as one of the most hotly anticipated openings in Australia in years.
