Following the opening of its Mosman store this week, and the launch of its new cooking class series, gourmet food store Salt Meats Cheese has announced it will make its way to Parramatta at the end of this year. The new store will cover approximately 4000 square metres – a similar size to its Alexandria headquarters – located in a new retail precinct West Village.

Expect its usual range, including Marella candy-striped rainbow pasta; panettone; dried mushrooms; the deli room (where you can pick up buckets of bocconcini); and a mozzarella lab that’s soon to be joined by a pasta lab and a gelato lab.

The store will join a number of new stores that have popped up in Parramatta recently, including Jamie Oliver’s Trattoria, Bourke Street Bakery and Gelato Messina.
