Fizzy cocktails seem to marry perfectly with a sunny afternoon. Add some bitters and you have a refreshing aperitif on your hands.
The Royal Leichhardt has come up with a twist well-suited to change in season: the Springtime Spritz. Swapping out the prosecco and the soda for something citric and minty, the Spritz pairs the fragrantly botanical Sipsmith Gin with lemony Lift, adding mint and orange bitters for good measure.
“Gin is everyone's choice when the weather warms,” says The Royal Leichhardt’s Tanguy Chiron.“Paired with Lift and mint this combo makes a refreshing drink for hot days.”
