Friends Chloe Kim and Isabelle Miller are behind the ICYPOP. These ladies are making fresh-fruit cocktails in popsicle form.

Launched in the summer of 2016, these popsicles are made using premium alcohol, natural ingredients and are free from preservatives, artificial flavours and colours. All the pops use real, fresh fruit. Choose from four cocktail flavours: a summer pear and elderflower Mojito; a watermelon and rosewater Martini; a white peach and lychee Bellini; and a black cherry Amaretto sour.

With only 1.15 per cent alcohol per popsicle, you can enjoy them without a hangover.

They are being sold at The Old Clare Hotel’s Bottle Shop in Chippendale in the lead up to Australia Day.

You can also find them at Hotel Ravesis in Bondi, Frisco Hotel in Woolloomooloo, Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool in the Domain, Flying Bear Cafe in Kirribilli and Holiday Inn Old Sydney in The Rocks.
