The boys behind Bulletin Place and Dead Ringer have launched White Label Supper Club, now delivering cheese boards, charcuterie plates, snacks and dessert to your door – sliced, cut, and packed to order.

“It’s all about taking the hassle out of selecting cheeses and meats from your local deli and preparing them yourself,” says co-founder Tom Philips-Johansson.

They’re the kind of dishes that would look good on a picnic rug: marinated olives; beetroot hummus; cured meat and pickles; a creamed-almond dip with verjuice and sherry vinegar; Yarra Valley black ash-rolled goats cheese; and blue cheese from Berry’s Creek. Maggie Beer’s pheasant farm paté has not been forgotten either.

So what sets this apart? “Unlike many other home-delivery meals, our products improve in the time it takes to get to your door.”

White Label Supper Club is now available on UberEats, or via pick up from Circular Quay.
