To celebrate the opening of its newest eatery, Noosa brand Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co is throwing a party and giving away 1000 free burgers.

Its new store is in North Sydney, and from 11am on Wednesday October 9 the first 1000 diners can score either a complimentary Betty’s Classic (Angus beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and Betty’s special sauce) or a Crispy Chicken (Southern fried chicken, lettuce, tomato and Betty’s special sauce).

To make the occasion festive, the Mount Street eatery will be transformed into a beach oasis, with a DJ. There will also be giveaways of $250 gift cards, Betty’s Burgers merchandise and Sunnylife pool inflatables.

This marks the fifth Sydney Betty’s Burger outlet (there’s also stores in Darling Harbour, Bondi Junction, Manly and Castle Towers), and Betty’s told Broadsheet there will be another two Sydney locations added this month – one on Market Street in the CBD and another at Henry Deane Plaza in Haymarket.

Since opening in Noosa in 2014, Betty’s Burgers has also expanded to Brisbane and Adelaide.

The 1000 free burgers will be available from 11am on Wednesday October 9 at 100 Mount Street, North Sydney.
