The city continues to come alive with amazing events – and the latest is a doozie. Natural-wine purveyor P&V has teamed up with Archie Rose Distillery to launch Stickybeak, a new festival at Hyde Park Barracks drawing together food, music and, of course, booze.

Curated by Archie Rose’s events and partnerships manager Nina Schultz, and drinks writer and P&V owner Mike Bennie, the festival has brought on board some top hospo names to ensure good times for all.

On food duties, expect Newtown stalwart Bloodwood, pasta whizzes of Fabbrica, smallgoods expert LP’s Quality Meats, Morgan McGlone’s chicken joint Sunday Potts Point, Gelato Messina and char-grilled skewer boffins from Firepop, who’ll be butchering Blackmore Wagyu on the night. You’ll also be able to get Vannella cheeses and Wapengo oysters.

Broadsheet Access members get special tables at busy restaurants, tickets to exclusive events and discounts on food, coffee, brand offers and more.

For drinks, expect creations by Archie Rose’s star bartenders, along with pours by Continental Deli, tiki drinks by Jacoby’s, and creative takes from PS40. Yulli’s and Wildflower beer will also be there sharing its wares. Plus, Archie Rose will have a bar offering tastings, and P&V’s Baller Bar will be pouring the vino. P&V will also host masterclasses on both days, spanning wine, food, culture and history.

It’s not all eating and drinking, though. DJs including Wax’o Paradiso, Simon Caldwell, Honey Point, Bria, Ariane, Charlie Chux, and more will be spinning tracks all night.

The whole shebang will be held in the beautiful courtyard of Hyde Park Barracks.

Stickybeak runs 5pm–10pm on April 29 & 30 at Hyde Park Barracks. Tickets are $25 and now on sale.
