After a grand re-opening a year ago, the 100-year-old Hotel Palisade has gone on the market.

With 360-degree rooftop views over Sydney Harbour, Hotel Palisade is prime real estate expected to fetch more than $30 million. It's already received expressions of interest from international bidders.

The recent revamp included the addition of eight premium hotel rooms, a ground-floor Public House Bar and the Henry Deane rooftop bar. The hotel interior was designed by Sibella Court, owner of The Society Inc.

The hotel was originally commissioned in the late 1800s, to lodge Harbour Bridge workers on top of the pub. It opened in 1915.

Offers are open until the end of November.
