The Afterpay Australian Fashion Week (AAFW) kicks off on May 9, with the country’s best-dressed flocking to Carriageworks to catch runway shows from Australia’s most respected designers, including Bianca Spender, St Agni, Aje and Bec & Bridge. While many shows are open only to the media and fashion industries, there’s also a host of consumer events, including panels, runway shows and Q&As with the likes of Anna Quan’s founder Anna Hoang, and Bassike designers Deborah Sams and Mary Lou Ryan.

And this year, Broadsheet is offering one reader an AAFW prize pack worth more than $2000.

The winner will get two front-row tickets (worth $500) to Bec & Bridge’s headlining 8pm show on fashion week’s opening night. And it’s going to be a big one – this year, the Sydney label celebrates its 21st in the fashion game. Not only will you get to pull up front row, but you’ll also get a Hendrick’s Tini Martini cocktail, plus a Redken gift bag valued at $99. Your ticket will also include access to The Hub at Carriageworks, soft drinks from San Pellegrino and Vittoria coffee.

You’ll also be decked out in a Bec & Bridge outfit – the prize includes a $1500 gift card to spend online or in person at a Bec & Bridge store. Get creative with its patterned separates, go all out with a bright party dress, or keep it classic in a sophisticated knit with slouchy trousers.
