British footwear label Dr. Martens, known for its iconic leather worker-style boots and trademark yellow stitching, is opening its first Australian retail store this March at Sydney's Westfield Shopping Centre in Pitt Street Mall.
The store will launch on Thursday March 1, and Australian artist Maddy Young will be customising shoes on site, while a DJ will take care of the tunes.
It's the first time Dr. Martens has had a dedicated store in Australia, and it will stock the largest range of men's, women's and kids' styles in the country including: Originals, Made in England, DM's Lites and collaborations. There'll also be accessories and vegan Docs, too.
An Australian online store will go live on the same day.
