Stylish show-goers made their mark on the tracks outside at Carriageworks with a flurry of colour and texture stealing the spotlight from the runways at Australian Fashion Week.
Suiting remains a strong theme but leather, feathers and fur (real or faux) were also on show. Autumnal hues are having a moment and pops of red are hard to miss.
Inside the galleries, Albus Lumen opened day one, with Pip Edwards debuting as solo creative director at P.E. Nation on Tuesday morning and Emma Mullholland on Holiday staging its first runway event.
