Yoga at the Library
There's no better way to soothe jangled nerves than yoga, except perhaps yoga in the quiet calm of a public library ... with a former Play School presenter.
Yoga teacher Rachael Coopes (who you might recognise from the telly) has partnered with the State Library to offer a series of asana yoga classes that will mix movement with the stories and philosophies of the ancient practice.
Move, breathe and learn in the iconic space. Classes are suitable for experienced yogis alike, but its BYO yoga mat and water bottle.
