Winterlight Festival 2019
The Winterlight Festival is back in Parramatta for its ninth year, transforming Prince Alfred Square with lights, music, food and activities for the chilly season.
Sydney’s largest outdoor ice rink is back, along with carnival rides, night markets, cabaret shows, workshops, themed nights and more.
Food stalls include Blackbear BBQ, Zahara Grill and Waffle Pops. Gelato Messina will also be there; stop in to make your own custom sundae.
On opening night there'll be unlimited ice-skating and carnival rides for $35 per person, and on Tuesdays before 5pm there are two-for-one early-bird deals throughout the festival’s run.
The Parramatta Night Market, running from July 8 to 11, will have artisan products for sale, and St Patrick’s Cathedral will be lit up with colourful projects from July 6 to 21. Themed nights include Date Night on July 11 and Neon Night on July 18.
Opening night is from 5pm. Regular days are from 10am to 11pm.
