Venroy Eau De Parfum Pop-Up in Bondi
Since first making a splash with their Euro-length swim shorts in 2010, the Bondi-born label Venroy has blossomed into a beloved leisurewear brand with a global following – with eight stores across Australia, Italy and the US. This summer, Venroy launches its first-ever fragrance, Paradiso, taking over a vacant surf shop in Bondi to celebrate.
For one week in November, 80 Campbell Parade at Bondi will transform into an exhibition space for scent, sound and art. Like its fragrant namesake, the Paradiso pop-up takes its cues from the timeless beauty of Capri, Italy and the relaxed luxury of Bondi Beach. Venroy founder Sean Venturi says the eau de parfum is “a celebration of place and a love letter from coast to coast”.
Paradiso was created in collaboration with Barnabe Fillion, the internationally renowned French perfumer responsible for fragrances by Aesop, Paul Smith, Rick Owens and Le Labo, as well as his own brand Arpa. The transportive eau de parfum weaves together citric top notes like neroli with herbaceous shiso and peppery pink bay, as well as hints of green tea, iris and mimosa, underscored by sandalwood, myrrh and frankincense.
Paradiso is available from Venroy stores and online from Friday November 17. The Paradiso pop-up opens on Friday November 17 and runs until Sunday November 26.
