Beloved Surry Hills diner Nomad, where the menu traverses Spain, the Middle East and Morocco, is celebrating truffle season with a new brunch menu that'll only be available while the black gold is in season. An à la carte menu of dishes will be served with two grams of Manjimup black truffle, some of the best truffles to come out of Australia.
On the menu? Such delights as a a three-cheese manoush, a ham-hock hash brown, wood-roasted mushrooms with Jerusalem artichokes and bagna cauda (garlic and anchovy dip), and an ice-cream sandwich made with pecan biscuits and olive oil ice-cream. All jazzed up with funky truffle.
Make it a boozy brunch with Bloody Marys, Bellinis, Gimlet Martinis and Mimosas.
