Tokyo Lamington Easter Menu
For a limited-time only, enjoy yuzu and lamington twists on the classic HCB. Or grab a hot cross bun-inspired lamington.
Much-loved bakery Tokyo Lamington – known for its playful twists on Aussie cakes – has unveiled its Easter menu for 2024. And it’s a doozy. For a limited time, pick one of three creations: hot cross lamington, lamington hot cross bun and yuzu hot cross bun.
The first is just what it sounds like: an Easter-themed lamington replete with a delicate white cross on top. The next is a HCB flavoured like a lamington, including a desiccated coconut cross. And the yuzu HCB features sultanas macerated in Japanese yuzu juice for three months.
Individual buns are $5 each. Otherewise pick up a half-dozen ($27), dozen ($50) or a mixed Easter pack featuring two of each special ($35).
