Up in Smoke Texas-Style Barbeque at The Field
Smoky-Texan cuisine is coming to Sydney on the first Friday of every month, beginning today.
Succulent specialties on the menu include a variety of smoked meats – including pulled pork, chicken wings and beef brisket. It's all served American-style with coleslaw, pickles, jalepenos and bread. The ticket price gets guests their own tray of Dan’s best Southern delicacies.
To drink there will be Jim Barry wines and Sydney Brewery beers and ciders.
The bar is open from 12pm. Food is served from 6pm–9.30pm.
