Taste of Asia: Singapore With Tony Khoo
Chef and cookbook author Tony Khoo is here to satisfy Sydneysiders’ hunger for Singaporean cuisine.
Hotel restaurant Table 30's Taste of Asia festival celebrates fresh, locally sourced seafood with a Singaporean menu.
Khoo will offer three different menus over six days. Dishes will include mirin and sake cured trout, steamed mussels with coconut and lime, barbequed-pork noodle salad, baked sambal fish, and chilli crab. Dessert is included, too: tropical mango cheesecake, Chinese custard tarts, coconut mousse, and more, accompanied by refreshing Piña Coladas.
The promo is available Tuesday October 15 to Saturday October 19 from 6pm to 9pm, and 12pm to 3pm on Sunday October 20. Bookings are essential and a credit card is required to secure the booking.
