Enjoy a sweet and savoury chef’s tasting menu personally curated by the “king of desserts”, chef Reynold Poernomo.

Chef Reynold Poernomo is Australia’s golden boy of sweets. Following his successful stint on Masterchef season seven in 2016, Reynold opened the popular Koi Dessert Bar in Chippendale, Sydney, with with his brothers Ronald and Arnold.

Now the brothers are offering a chance to dine with Reynold at a night where he will present some of Koi’s best sweet and savoury dishes.

These will include such inventions as Fire in Ice, a combination of Stracciatella, bonito, sea herbs, sambal granita and avocado; Forest Bouquet, which involves foraged herbs, vanilla and rose vinaigrette; Easy Peasy, which pairs charcoal fired hand-podded peas, lardo, basil oil, kefir and kombu cream; and Fluffle, a kipfler potato espuma (foam) with black truffle and liquid parmesan gnocchi; and more.

Starts at 6pm.
