Sold Out: Sunday Sessions with Morgan McGlone
Before critically acclaimed Momofuku Seiobo closes in June, you can still catch chef Paul Carmichael as he joins Belles Hot Chicken founder Morgan McGlone in the kitchen at his new diner Sunday in Potts Point.
To pay homage to the classic roast chook family dinner, McGlone is teaming up with some of Australia’s best chefs for a Sunday session. First up is Carmichael, who has created a Puerto Rican-inspired menu featuring arroz con pollo (chicken and saffron rice), which will be cooked on the rotisserie and served with beans and sweet potato.
Tickets are $30, which include a rum punch cocktail on arrival plus the main course. Extra drinks and special dishes by the Sunday team will be available for purchase.
The 2pm session is still available; 12pm, 2pm and 6pm seatings have sold out. Ticket sales end on April 17.
