The Cut steakhouse at The Rocks has put house-cured salmon with handrolled crackers on its Sunday-night menu, along with a 200 gram prime rib basted in Wagyu-fat with roast potatoes. To finish, there’s a stunning Tahitian vanilla crème brûlée.
If you’re in the mood for Italian fare, Rosetta Trattoria is going classic with antipasti, house-made rigatoni and spaghetti, eggplant parmigiana, or a Sunday favourite – roast chicken with sage butter and polenta. If you have room for more, there’s panna cotta, tiramisu or gelati for dessert.
