The food and booze festival by Archie Rose and P&V is back with an offering from top eateries like Fabbrica, Bar Copains, Gildas and Raja.

Archie Rose Distilling Co and P&V Wine & Liquor Merchants are back with Stickybeak, the red-hot two-day festival that brings together some of our top eateries and bars for an all-out party. From 5pm till 10pm, there’ll be heaps to eat and drink, plus music from FBi Radio and an array of masterclasses – like heat-press collaging – organised by the National Art School.

A dozen restaurants will be pumping out the goods, including Broadsheet favourite Bar Copains, the flashy new King Clarence, Newtown stalwart Bloodwood, Potts Point beauty Raja, and pasta haven Fabbrica. Gildas will be there with the snacks, and Vannella Cheese is in charge of the dairy.

Joining Archie Rose on liquid duty are the teams from PS40, Tucano’s, Double Deuce and The Waratah – while Grifter is on the brews. Ticketholders can expect a free Archie Rose tasting, too.

Plus, FBi Radio has curated a ripper bunch of local DJs and musicians, who’ll be taking over the sandstone Cell Block Theatre.
