Spring Roku Cherry Blossoms at Green Moustache
Hanami is the Japanese tradition of welcoming spring and the fleeting but beautiful sakura season. It’s traditionally in April, but for spring down here in the Southern Hemisphere, North Sydney’s [Green Moustache] has partnered with Japanese craft gin Roku to add cherry blossoms throughout the venue.
Step into the rooftop garden restaurant and bar to see petite white blossoms all over the space. There’s also a new limited-edition cocktail menu full of Roku creations, such as the Roku Garden with creme de violet, lemon juice and egg white, or Spring in Osaka with Haku vodka, cherry blossom syrup and lemon.
