Spirit of the Wild Masterclass
Wild Turkey wants Australians to unplug and reconnect with the great outdoors. So, it's launched Spirit of the Wild, a masterclass series in collaboration with Chris and Cam Grant (the founders of off-grid cabin company Unyoked) and Darren Robertson (Three Blue Ducks, Rocker) to help us do just that.
Over the course of an evening at the Terminus Hotel in Pyrmont, guests will participate in a barbeque smoking workshop and make cocktails with native and foraged ingredients. Guests will also get to hear about the philosophies behind Unyoked and be in with a chance to win a night at one of its tiny cabins. Plus, there'll be tastings of Wild Turkey bourbons.
To eat there will be a meal of brussels sprouts with burnt butter and black garlic, bourbon-braised brisket sliders with truffle mayo, and potato gnocchi with mushrooms and fresh truffles, all paired with Wild Turkey cocktails.
The masterclasses will be held from 6pm to 9pm on August 29 and September 4.
