Dine Out: Kosta’s x Fratelli Paradiso Calamari Sant’ Andrea Sandwich

One of Sydney’s best chicken schnitzel sangas can be found at south Sydney-born Kosta’s Takeaway, a joint that can now be found all over Sydney. But for a very special Dine Out collab, the team – led by group chef Gabriel del Conti – is putting calamari in the spotlight, together with chef Trisha Greentree, of Italian icon Fratelli Paradiso.

Expect the one-day-only sanga – available exclusively at the Rosebery HQ – to be simple and a hit, just like everything at Fratelli. Golden fried rings of their calamari Sant’ Andrea – on the Fratelli menu for over two decades – are supported with the Potts Point restaurant’s signature sauce and rocket, on a crusty white roll.

Available on Friday August 15 at Kosta’s Takeaway in Rosebery.
