Single Malts and Aussie Cheese
Enjoy a rotating selection of single malt whisky paired with cheese from some of Australia’s greatest artisan cheese makers. Cheese from Second Mouse in New South Wales, Grandvewe in Tasmania and Alexandrina in South Australia, will all feature. Chat to the bar staff about the qualities and notes of the whisky you’re tasting, which will include Johnnie Walker Blender’s Batch Red Rye, and learn how different cheese brings out unique flavours in each pairing. Each selection is $40 and is available from 6pm.
