The Seedlip Fishbowl
Fishbowl has made its name with Japanese-inspired salads and meals designed to be both quick and healthy. Think tuna sashimi with wasabi peas; tofu and cucumber with tamari almonds and shallots; and braised beef with lemon shoyu dressing.
Now it’s teaming up with Seedlip, the distilled non-alcoholic spirit brand, to create a unique co-branded pop-up concept store during World Class Cocktail Festival that puts a new spin on classic dishes through a special limited-edition menu of curated spring salad bowls.
Guests can pair them with three special Seedlip cocktails available exclusively at the pop-up, created under the wise tutelage of celebrated bartender and drinks consultant Matt Whiley.
The pop-up runs from Wednesday September 13 to 17 at Shop 23 Playfair Street in The Rocks.
