Happy Hour at Restaurant Hubert
One of Sydney’s best restaurants is also home to one of its best happy hours.
During its daily aperitif hour, Restaurant Hubert’s Bar Pincer is serving classic drinks and snacks – including an inexpensive Negroni.
From 5pm to 6pm every day, $6 will get you a Dubonnet highball; a gin & tonic; a glass of the house red or white; and a lager. And for big spenders, $12 will get you a Negroni.
To eat, there’s fried zucchini flowers for $6, duck liver parfait with croutons for $8, smoked eel brandade with grilled sourdough for $9 and a selection of saucisson sec for $10. Or push the boat out on food with the $18 Normandy burger: it’s got dry-aged beef, gruyere, dill pickle and sauce Hubert.
That kind of deal is great anywhere, but at Hubert it’s not to be missed.
