Ramen Ragazzi Dinner at Icebergs

A Japanese and Italian fusion dinner.

For four nights only Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will serve a six-course Kaiseki (a traditional, multi-course Japanese dinner) menu by head chef Monty Koludrovic and this team.

Dishes will include raw tuna, uni, caviar and ginger; warm crab, local koshihikari rice, sesame and Wagyu fat; pork-neck ramen; and green tea, rice and soy milk for dessert.

Matt Young from Black Market Sake will do the Sake matching.
