The Producer Pizza Series

North Sydney pizzeria and bar Glorietta is heroing local producers and their goods with rotating pizza specials each month.

Produce has always been at the heart of Glorietta's menu, and its new series devoted to local producers drives that home.

Each month the pizzeria will have a new special dedicated to and highlighting a partner producer and their products. The Producer Pizza Series kicks off in January with smallgoods specialist Salumi, whose Italian sausage will be paired with a confit pomodoro sauce, mozzarella and friarelli.

In February, the spotlight is on Adelaide-based Nice Pickles, with a Hawaiian pizza-inspired number of confit pomodoro, mozzarella, ham, oregano and the brand's chargrilled pickled pineapple.

Future pizza specials will include collaborations with Fabbrica, Sift Produce and chef Mitch Orr, who's releasing new condiments (including black garlic and chilli sauce) under the name Made by Mitch.
