The bistro is dishing up pate en croute, smoked pork slices, Berkshire pork chop, and a banoffee-and-bourbon trifle to enjoy at home.
Porcine chef Nicholas Hill is passionate about using as much of a pig as he can. For this collaboration box, he’s ordering three whole Berkshire pigs and going the whole hog, carving the pigs and flavouring them with bourbon.
The finish-at-home meal includes a slice of pork smoked with Buffalo Trace bourbon and paired with a prune pate en croute; spring vegetables vinaigrette; a Berkshire pork chop; cauliflower cheese pie; jar of Treacle & Trace barbeque glaze; and a banoffee-bourbon trifle for dessert. The box also includes a bottle of Buffalo Trace bourbon to enjoy alongside dinner.
Orders close on Thursday September 23 at 5pm. Available for pick-up or delivery within 10 kilometres on Friday 24 and Saturday 25.
