Philippine Food Festival 2017
Chefs Clayford Manuel, Charie Carmel Ferolin and Jovelyn Adra will be flying in from Shangri-La at the Fort in Manila for this week-long event – serving up a traditional Filipino menu.
Dishes will include sisig (sizzling pork), lechon (roasted pork), adobo (chicken cooked in soy sauce and vinegar) and chicken inasal (marinated Filipino barbeque chicken).
Lunch and dinner is $55 from Sunday to Thursday, 12pm–2.30pm.
The seafood buffet dinner is $85, from Friday to Saturday, 6pm–10.30pm.
